In light of the local boom in rentals downtown it will be interesting to see how this plays out:
Here’s a great opportunity for patient capital: buy and manage 1301 Riverfront Parkway as a covered land play through the end of the city’s lease (11yrs) and when it’s done the area will have begun it’s transformation from industrial to mixed use. The huge GE property that sold earlier this year will be in full swing by then. Main St will likely be extended – like MLK – all the way to the river and this location will be prime.
