Just checked GCAR and noted that 329 Market St has come back on. I’m guessing there was an issue with the planned redevelopment of the former car dealership.
Anyone heard anything on this deal and want to share?
John Healy at SVN listed 4.65ac at 400 W MLK Blvd for sale at $28.85psf ($5,850,000). It looks like it’s really more two lots joined by an isthmus and looks usable only for multistory multifamily. Looking at the 94 ac GE property sale as a comp it appears a bit over market on the pricing as well but given the heat in multifamily more power to them if they get it.
Rumor has it that Nikki’s on the North Shore and the neighboring warehouse have sold to an apartment developer for $2,000,000. The combined properties total ~44,416sf making for a ground price of $45/sf.
